Our Commitment to Safer Play
We build responsible gambling into every account from day one. You’ll find easy-to-use controls in your settings, clear information on the odds and RTP of every game, and a support team trained to help — not to push you to keep playing. We also work with recognized responsible-gambling organizations, including our partner Gordon Moody, to support players who need it.
Tools to Keep You in Control
- Deposit limits — cap how much you can deposit daily, weekly or monthly.
- Loss & wager limits — set a ceiling on how much you can lose or stake.
- Session limits & reality checks — get reminders of how long you’ve been playing.
- Time-out — take a short break, from 24 hours up to several weeks.
- Self-exclusion — close access for a longer period, or permanently, when you need to step away.
All of these are available in your account settings, and our support team can help you set them up at any time.
Know the Signs
Gambling may be becoming a problem if you:
- Spend more money or time than you intended.
- Chase losses, trying to win back what you’ve lost.
- Gamble to escape stress, boredom or low mood.
- Borrow money, or neglect work, family or responsibilities to play.
- Feel anxious, guilty or secretive about your gambling.
If any of these sound familiar, it may be time to use our tools — or reach out for support.
Protecting Minors
Gambling is strictly for adults. You must be 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec) to hold an account. We verify age at registration, and we encourage parents to use filtering software such as GamBlock or family controls to keep gambling sites away from minors.
